With the passage of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), Medicare patients are eligible for an initial Annual Wellness Visit -- AWVs are not physical exams they are Personalized Prevention Plan Services (PPPS).
Bioanalogics' ELG and software provide a complete solution for an Initial Preventive Physical Examination (IPPE -- G0402) and an Initial Annual Wellness Visit (G0438) 12 months after eligibility of the IPPE and a subsequent Annual Wellness Visit (G0439) 12 months after the initial AWV.

- Individual's medical/family history.
- Diagnostic Data including individual's height, weight, BMI (or waist circumference, if appropriate), blood pressure, and other routine measurements as deemed appropriate, based on the beneficiary's medical/family history.
- Personal Health Records (current physicians/providers and suppliers that are regularly involved in providing medical care to the individual.
